Okay so Dragon Age 2 is about to be released.
So who is with me when I say the following?
WHY THE HECK HAVE THEY CHANGED IT TO MASS EFFECT FANTASY?
(One human male/female shape no other races folks SORRY!!!!!)
WHY ARE THE QUNARI SUDDENLY DRUNAI FROM WOW?
(Check the concept sketches)
And why are the thinking of taking away MY MABARI HOUND !!!!!
And why…..please god WHY did they herp de durp one of my favorite games of the past 5 years.

Havent played it yet, but it does seem to be going in the mass effect direction :(.

The first one looked from the oustide to be an MMO with some story cutscenes. I was not very interested. Perhaps they're trying to get more people on board by being able to say 'Oh, its like Mass Effect!'

Its the modern stramlining of all games. Basically everything moves to being more accessible, wider audience etc. Notice they kept the romance options in the game because of the popularity and controversy the first game had with them/mass effect had with them.
Its just how it is. The hardcore is being left behind in the past.

I don't think the hardcore will ever really be gone. Sure it might die, but that might be what it takes for it to rise again.
There is supply, where there is demand.

Just finished it as a rouge .. I enjoyed it, will most likely play it again but this time help out the "evil" guys.
Its not as good as the First one, But Its still a amazing away to waste 20 + hours :)
